We have been involved in the hospitality industry for in excess of ten years during which time we have owned and operated two motels together with an award winning, fine dining, licensed a-la-carte restaurant and cocktail bar, giving us a varied experience including dealing with chefs and catering staff at all levels.

We are familiar with all the rules and regulations pertaining to the motel, restaurant and catering industry including the Liquor Licensing Act, also both the State and Federal Awards that encompass this industry.

We have had a number of relief assignments in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland and are experienced in all facets of motel management and the hospitality industry in general.
